On January 14, 2015 China Development and Reform Commission invite Tengri Holdings (Singapore) Limited to participate in the Third Session of Sino-Kazakh Cooperation in Production Capacity and Investment Dialogue.

On January 14, 2015, China's National Development and Reform Commission formally notified Tengri Holdings and its partner China Airport Construction Group Corporation ( "CACC") to join with the delegation led by the National Development and Reform Commission to Kazakhstan to attend the Production Capacity and Investment Cooperation Dialogue. Previously, Tengri International Airport has been identified by two countries as one of the “near term priority projects” in the cooperation related to the Belt and Road and the Path to Future initiative.
